Where other brands stop at 2 years, Troxus goes the distance with you for 5 years, with an unbeatable 5yr / 5,000 Mile Fender to Fender Warranty*. Better yet, the first two years of the warranty are transferrable if you sell your Troxus e-bike or transfer ownership in any way within those first two years. Nobody covers you better, or for as long, as Troxus.

5-Year Total Care+ Program

Our 5yr/ 5,000 Mile Fender to Fender Warranty is backed up by our exclusive Troxus Total Care + (TTC+) supplemental warranty. Nobody else offers the same level of added protection. If your bike is damaged in an accident, or if the motor, battery, or other system component wears out in the first 5 years, we will work with your retailer to get you back on the road with discounted replacement parts. Best of all, this “bonus” coverage is free of charge with every purchase of a Troxus bike.

All Troxus E-Bikes are covered by our Limited Warranty Policy. Parts are subject to availability. If you have a specific part in mind, feel free to contact our Customer Service Team at support@troxusmobility.com.

Pricing depends on specific service needs, most of which are covered by the Limited Warranty Policy, but charges may apply for situations outside the policy or for service conducted at local partner shops based on actual circumstances.
