Not all the holes were aligned. Three screws went in easily but the fourth would not line up. After a lot of difficulty I finally made it work by squeezing the top and bottom legs together with a carpenters clamp and pushing it forward to make the last screw go in. Once installed it looks like a good quality rack. Maybe they need to adjust their welding fixtures.
