There was a small cosmetic issue on arrival, but customer support responded quickly and handled it professionally. The bike itself feels sturdy and well-made, and the mid-drive motor delivers smooth, reliable power. Overall, I’m very happy with both the product quality and the service.

Assembly Took Some Time, Ride Is Worth It

I took some time during setup to make sure everything was adjusted correctly. Once assembled, the riding experience was excellent. The mid-drive motor feels responsive and makes climbing hills much easier than my previous bike. After several rides, I’m very satisfied with the performance and quality.

Smooth Mid-Drive Performance with a Cool Night Look

This bike rides incredibly smoothly thanks to the mid-drive system. You immediately feel the torque when pedaling, especially uphill. The integrated lighting adds visibility at night and gives the bike a premium look. It feels powerful, controlled, and well-designed. One of the most enjoyable mid drive electric bikes I’ve ridden.
