4 Possible Problems with the E-bike Failure to Start Riding

Dentifying the Problem

1. A cable is loose

 

First, check whether the display connector is loose.

If the plug is loose, plug it back in, and if it can be turned on normally, it indicates that there is no connection cable problem.
If the plug is not loose, check in the next step.
 

2. Battery Problem

Check whether the battery has power first, there is a check button on the battery with an indicator.
 
 
If the indicator is not on after the button is pressed, the battery is out of power or faulty.
 
 
After connecting the charger to charge the battery, press the button and the indicator light indicates that the battery cannot be turned on without power.
 
 
If the battery indicator still does not respond after connecting the charger to charge, the battery is faulty and needs to be replaced.

3. Display problems

 

The e-bike still cannot be turned on under normal battery conditions.Then, you need to replace the display.

Replace a new display, the new display can be turned on after being connected, indicating that the old one is faulty.

If it still cannot be turned on, you need to proceed to the next step.
 

4. Controller problems

 
In the case that the display is normal and still cannot be turned on, a new controller needs to be replaced and connected.
 
This step needs to replace the controller. How to get a new controller? Please make a video of the above situation and contact our customer service team,  we will send you the controller for free.
 
After connecting a new controller, you can start it, indicating that the controller is faulty.
